SCWRTC Corridor Converted to Recreational Trail, Active Rail Ended
Awarded $196,684.00 by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in fiscal year 1989 for grade crossing rehabilitation, the South Central Wisconsin Rail Transit Commission corridor has since seen freight service end and the right-of-way converted into the Badger State Trail.
