Kentucky Riverport Improvement Grant Program (KRI / KPRCM)
Overview
KYTC grants to Kentucky's public riverport authorities for new construction and major repair/replacement of docks, wharves, storage, and port-connecting roads/rail. Comprises the longer-running KRI program (since FY2013) plus the newer, larger KPRCM program (created 2024, $7.5M/yr).
