Overview

Grants up to 50% of rail-customer infrastructure (spurs, turnouts, track), maximum $2M. Applications accepted anytime (rolling). Carload-verification payout mechanism: a second payment up to 5% of eligible costs paid out as actual carloads are reported over five years.
