Overview
Reimburses up to 50% (max $25,000) to replace an older (Model Year 1998-2006 engine) drayage truck with a newer, cleaner model; independent owner-operators or licensed motor carriers servicing the port, limited to 2 replacement trucks per applicant. Rolling, first-come first-served. Note: much larger CALSTART-administered programs ($39M Clean Truck Incentive, $5M Green Drayage Accelerator) launched alongside it in Sept 2026.
