Overview
FHWA competitive grants to reduce idling and truck emissions at port facilities, including electrification of cargo-handling equipment. FY2024-26 authorized $150M ($80M FY26). Eligible applicants have authority over or operate a port or intermodal port-transfer facility, or an adjacent area.
