SAM.gov Registration Expiry Alerts

A lapsed SAM.gov registration blocks federal awards outright, regardless of how good the project is — it's the highest-cost, most preventable failure in the whole federal grant process. Look up your own expiration date below, then set up a reminder so it never sneaks up on you.

Look Up Your Expiration Date

  1. Go to sam.gov/search and sign in.
  2. Search for your organization by name or UEI, and open your entity record.
  3. Under "Entity Registration," find "Registration Expiration Date."

Set Up Alerts

Enter the date you found above. We never fetch or verify it ourselves — this is exactly the date you enter, and we'll email you at 60, 30, and 14 days before it.

Find this on your own entity's SAM.gov record — see the lookup steps above.
